SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE in MANY ENERGY DISCIPLINES!!
Texas Energy Council is offering one-year scholarships up to $2,500.00 in energy-related fields including (but not limited to):

GEOLOGY
-
GEOPHYSICS
-
ENGINEERING
-
GEOCHEMISTRY
-
ENERGY ACCOUNTING & FINANCE
-
ENERGY LAW
-
LAND MANAGEMENT
Grants and/or scholarships could be matching funds with another institution or organization to utilize their screening process already in place.
Grants and/or scholarships will be awarded based on the following (not necessarily in order of priority):

In college now (2 year & 4 year accredited colleges, undergraduate or master’s level);

Have at least 30 hours of college-level credit;
-
GPA of not less than 3.25/4.00 in the college-level classes
Preference will be given to applicants who have not previously won this award, but previous winners are welcome to apply
