Tad Fielder, P.E.
Tad Fielder, P.E., has over 20 years of experience with consulting firms in the petroleum industry. Tad currently works as an engineering consultant with Forrest A Garb & Associates, where he continues to specialize in the evaluation of reserves and resources, fair market value appraisals, and other petroleum engineering consulting services.
Tad began his career in drilling and production optimization with Paul Cameron Jr., Inc. However, the bulk of his career has been spent in the estimation and valuation of reserves and resources, most recently with DeGolyer and MacNaughton from 2006 through 2021. Prior to that, he evaluated oil and gas properties for H.J. Gruy and Associates and K. E. Andrews.
Tad received his Texas professional engineering license in 2012. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Petroleum Engineer with SPE, a member of the SPEE Board, a current member of the SPEE Qualifications Committee and Parameters Survey Committee, and active in the Cub Scout and BSA Scouting programs.
